Refund Policy

  • We understand that sometimes our customers may need to request a refund for their purchase of IYRO ERP's refund policy:
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
  • To be eligible for a refund, the software must not have been activated.
  • Refunds will not be granted if the software has been activated or if the request is made after the 14-day window.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser and the same payment method used for the purchase will be used for the refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.
  • Please note that any customization or integration services provided by our team are non-refundable. We also do not provide refunds for any third-party add-ons or plugins.
  • If you meet the eligibility criteria for a refund and wish to request one, please contact our customer support team with your purchase details and reason for the request. We will process your request as soon as possible.
